Target Cancer - with European Mistletoe

European mistletoe is an immune stimulant. It has direct cytotoxic (cancer cell killing) effect and has been shown to cause apoptosis (programmed cell death) in cancer cells. It is the most widely studied and used complimentary therapy for cancer in Europe. Many clinical trials and review articles have been conducted which validate the effectiveness of mistletoe in cancer treatment. It has a long history of safe and effective use in solid tumors like pancreatic, breast, uterine, ovarian, gastric, colorectal and lung cancer.

When used as an adjuctive treatment, clinical studies have shown mistletoe extract is associated with better survival outcomes. Remarkably, mistletoe displays a high degree of selective cytoprotection - defending the DNA of healthy immune cells while specifically targeting cancer cells.

Individuals receiving treatment with European mistletoe along with standard chemotherapy and radiation were shown to have fewer side effects and improved quality of life. This translates into enhnaced energy, sleep, appetite and reduced pain.

Mistletoe is a very specific medicine. You need to work with a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who can help advise you on the proper potency and plant extract. Treatment usually begins with a low dose and increases gradually depending on individual tolerance and response. Injections are given 2-3 times a week in home for various lengths of time. Common side effects include transient soreness and inflammation at injection sites, headache, fever, and chills.
